In Xero, they apparently get a notification when an email has been delivered/viewed by the recipient - do not have the first idea of how easy this is to implement but would be a great feature if possible
As per Helens comment, also agree this would be a great feature, as after a meeting this morning it is a feature that an accountant thinks is very useful.
Following on a conversation I have just had - it also tracks when the attachment has been clicked on. I agree this would be a great feature
