Login from website

Both clients I have setup said they have had problems signing in. Got a blank white web page after entering username and password. Not sure the cause of this (they had both saved as a favourite) but it may be helpful if clients can go to ur website and click on a very obvious big button to login to KEYinfinity, which would direct them to the correct web portal.
