Update the detail date on the transaction line when copying BP/BR

As a user, when I copy a transaction I want to be able to easily update the invoice dates on the detail lines because currently it is quite cumbersome and I could forget to do it.

Issue #2206 we added a message based on property change of the Tax date on the detail line, however, the more likely scenario is the user has changed the payment date.

Apply property change event on payment date and look to provide a button on the message which allows user to update all date to the payment date.
